Our Process

1st Step

Selection of High Quality Internet based Businesses

Identify high quality websites that fit our criteria and complete preliminary due diligence to make sure there are no potential legal issues or other major problems.

2nd Step

Contact the Current Business Owner

Identify and contact the current owner of the business to gauge their interest in selling using phone, email or other available methods of contact. If the owner responds positively and is interested in hearing our offer we move forward to the next step.

3rd Step

Request Statistics and ask Questions

We complete any NDA requested by seller and send a short list of questions and request that owner provide more details including average traffic volume, average monthly revenue breakdown and other important statistics. This information is kept strictly confidential and is never shared with a third party.

4th Step

Offers and Negotiations

As soon as we receive the requested information from the owner, we present our offer and begin negotiations. Depending on all the terms and conditions of the offer and back and forth negotiations, this part can take anywhere from 24 hours to a week.

5th Step

Sign the Legal Agreement

Once both parties come to an agreement, we get a contract drafted by our attorney. Both parties sign the legal agreement.

6th Step

Completion of Due Diligence Process

After any good fait deposit and signed agreement, the seller provides proof of traffic and income in the form of screenshots, video walk through's or direct access to verify all the information presented by seller earlier is true. We complete our due diligence process during this step which can take anywhere from 24 hours to 7 days.

7th Step

Transaction & Payment

Once the traffic and revenue verification is complete, we send the payment to seller using Bank Wire. For larger transactions we use a reputable Escrow agency like Escrow.com. We may consider using other payment methods like PayPal, Check, Money Order or Credit Card payment for earnest money or deposit. After the seller receives the full payment, the domain and all other assets are transferred to us. Depending on agreement terms there may be an ongoing consulting/training period involved.
